Terms of Service
By using the Ritza Security Console, you formally agree to these foundational terms of service. Please read them carefully before accessing or using our platform.
1. Autonomous Execution
The Ritza agents operate autonomously given explicit platform clearance. You assume full orchestration responsibility for all authorized playbook triggers executed by the ADK.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: attempting to bypass security controls, reverse-engineering agent logic, or using the service for unlawful purposes.
4. Data Processing
All data processed through Ritza agents is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, share, or use your security telemetry for model training purposes.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if these terms are violated. You may terminate your account at any time through the console settings.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
